The SCH Rollerguide

Reduce friction, wear and cost

The width of combine platforms has increased substantially in the past years. The total of the frictional forces has increased dramatically with the increase in platform width. With our Rollerguide system, we greatly improved the cutting system.

The SCH Rollerguide replaces the current spacerbars. The knifeback moves now against the hardened rollers. The rollers turn on a sealed ball bearing. This virtually eliminates all the frictional forces of the knife assembly.

The SCH Rollerguide results in dramatically reduced wear. It takes a lot less power to run the knife and vibration is greatly reduced.

Almost all SCH EasyCut systems can be updated with our new Rollerguides. Usually every third guard requires a Rollerguide. More information is available from our sales and service department.

SCH Rollerguide advantages:

  • Reduced knifeback wear
  • Reduced friction and power requirement
  • Reduced platform vibrations
