The new Schumacher guard gets more crop through the cutting system in the same time. To achieve this, the cutaway is englarged for better flow. The blunt guard version works well in all conditions, especially in no-till.

The new hold down roller holds the knife in an optimal cutting position.

The roller guide reduces knifeback wear, knifeback breakage, power requirements, friction and vibration. Moreover, it enables an easier knife insertion.

The new standard crop lifter ASK lasts longer. Why? Because the gently curved bottom runner takes the pressure off the riveting at the mounting modul. The new slimProfile prevents the reel tines getting caught when reversing.
